Our research project “Going Beyond the Buzzword: Understanding Contexts and Content of Agile Transformation“, continues to make an impact!
We are proud to share that our research has been recognized with the prestigious EURAM SIMA AWARD for the Best Paper 2024 in the track Growth Strategies & Internationalization for SMEs – SIG Entrepreneurship (ENT) at the EURAM – EUROPEAN ACADEMY OF MANAGEMENT.
This award highlights our commitment to exploring the shades of agile transformation, a concept that has gained significant attention but is often misunderstood in practical terms. Our project was presented at the EURAM conference hosted at the University of Bath (UK) and at the SIMA – Società Italiana di Management conference at the University of Parma (Italy). Both forums provided us with invaluable feedback and opportunities to share insights with experts in the field.
A big thank you goes to the more than 60 participants in our project. Representatives for all the executives from large companies, scaleups, and experts who dedicated their time to this research.
Let us name Alberto Camerin, Christine Aykac, Fabio Bucci, Giovanni Bernardi, Javier Mora Ramírez, Marco Calzolari, Oliver Perner, and Pizzi Piermatteo who were with us for more than a year in all the three stages of our research.
The project team – Birgit Hagen, Margherita Milotta, Giuseppe Pirrone, Martin Cloutier, Simona Amerio, and our former colleague Valentina Macovei – was honored to receive this recognition and looks forward to continuing to work in the field of agile transformation and business agility.
