Massimo Preziuso
With over a decade of experience in the public and private sectors, Massimo is a FinTech and Sustainable Finance academic (Salford Business School, Manchester). His professional experience includes the start-up of an innovation-driven think tank, the scientific direction of a sustainability-focused foundation, and various roles for banks and investment companies. He holds a PhD in economics at LUISS Guido Carli in Rome, including a visiting research period at the London School of Economics. His background includes a degree in management engineering at the University of Naples Federico II, an MSc. in e-business at Polytechnic of Turin, and an MSc in public finance at Roma La Sapienza. Since 2023, he has been a member of the Innovation Advisory Group (IAG) at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the United Kingdom. Since 2021, he has been Chair of the Business and Impact Council of UNESCO’s International Research Centre on Artificial Intelligence (IRCAI).
