Enrico Cotta Ramusino

Enrico Cotta Ramusino is a Full Professor of Management at the University of Pavia and has been teaching both Management and Corporate Finance courses. He earned a Ph.D. in Management at Bocconi University in 1987, was been Associate Professor of Finance at Perugia University in 1992, and Full Professor of Management at Varese University in 2000.

Enrico serves, at present, as Pro-Rector for the budget and financial reporting at the University of Pavia. He has been for a long time Chairman of FinecoBank, a listed Italian bank, and is a Technical Consultant at the Milan Court. His research interests are in the field of firms and intangibles valuation. In the latter area, he is doing research on the value relevance of these assets, in the accounting framework defined by IAS/IFRS.
