Luca Cavone

I’ve been working in the management consulting industry since 2010 when passion and interest led me to support and coach companies after some years as a Project Manager in aerospace.

My professional path is therefore characterized by two main activities that complement and strengthen each other. Over the years I’ve been leading business consultancy projects as well as teaching roles within the University and corporates.

The main areas I deal with are related to the project, program management, and governance, Innovation management supported by visual management and lean thinking methodologies applied to both products and operations and their evolution thanks to new digital technologies (Additive Manufacturing, IIoT, Digital Twin, AI/Machine Learning, Virtual / Augmented Reality and more).

I’ve also collaborated over the years with different business international associations such as IPMA, the International Project Management Association, and the American magazine Project Management World Journal as an International Correspondent from Italy. Regularly I’m invited as a keynote speaker in international conferences and courses.
