Simona Amerio

Double master’s degree graduate in International Management: graduated with honors in the Master of International Business and Entrepreneurship at the University of Pavia and at the EM Strasbourg Business School where she was awarded as the Best Student in her major in International and European Business.

Her research thesis focused on digitalization, business negotiations, and culture. She was also awarded as the Best Double Degree Student of the HERMES Network. She worked for more than 2 years in Accenture’s Sales Department. She holds a postdoc position at the University of Pavia working on transformative forces in (public) organizations and is a researcher and manager of the Agile Lab (ITIR).
